A little about myself...

Hi there! I'm James, a classically trained chef based in Hertfordshire. I attended Leiths School of Food and Wine in 2019/20, where I completed the professional three-term diploma with the end goal of pursuing a lifelong dream of a career in the food industry. Since graduating, I have experience working in professional kitchens including, experience at Ottolenghi in London.

I have an untiring enthusiasm for sourcing and cooking quality, fresh and seasonal ingredients and elevating them into something special for others to enjoy. Ultimately, I feel privileged to be embarking on a career doing something I love.
